Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All new order received in are processed by our Credit Card Processing Center. The majority of orders that we receive in are approved for shipping within a few short hours of the order being placed.

Remember to provide accurate information when placing your order to ensure the timely shipment of your products; it could take up to two days to complete your order while our team gathers the rest of the required information.

Processing and Shipping Times

If our Houston (Texas) warehouse has the products in stock, the order ships within 24-hours of being placed. If the item is not in stock it could take up to 3 business days to ship.

Transit Times

USPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
USPS Second Day: 2 Business Days
Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days

 SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

With the exception of special promotional items that offer free shipping, all orders placed with processing center are assessed shipping and handling charges. Rates that are related to shipping and handling are fixed and are based upon the size of the package and the method of shipment used (Overnight, Second Day, Ground).

If your complete order is to be shipped in either multiple shipments or boxes the shipping charges will only be applied to the first shipped box. We only charge orders once for shipping and handling – for the complete order.
